The name of the our pool comes from one of the characters from Kashubian mythology. Nëczk is a Kashubian water creature living in the sea, lakes and rivers. It is said that Nëczk creates vortices on the lakes and strong streams that can be dangerous for swimmers ;-)
Kartuska Pływalnia Neczk has been operating since January 2005. We offer you the benefits of using a 25-meter, 6-lane sports swimming pool, a gym, a sauna and a jacuzzi. We organize swimming competitions of provincial and nationwide rank as well as mass events for children and youth.
In September 2005, UKS TROPS Kartuzy swimming section was created, which trains swimmers basing on sports classes of a swimming profile. The Polish Championship medalists, national record holders and representatives of the national team are training here.

There are swimming classes where one can learn or improve swimming skills at our pool. Children, teens and adults can improve their swimming technique in the afternoon classes proposed by swimming schools.

We also offer aqua aerobic as a form of active leisure. Young people and adults can spend time in the gym, where both gentlemen and ladies will find equipment that is optimal for their training requirements. After exhausting training, we invite you to a dry sauna, a steam room and a jacuzzi.

Every Saturday (from 14:00) and Sunday, children and teenagers can play on our Water Playground.

The Playground is placed on three lanes of the swimming pool. Other three lanes are available for swimmers. Parents can swim next to the playground, watching their child play.
